2.3 No Affiliation. The Giant Tee is an independent business. Unless expressly stated, The Giant Tee is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any golf course, golf equipment manufacturer, tournament, association or other organization whose name or logo may appear on a custom Product at a customer's request.

3. Customer-Supplied Logos and Copyright Complaints

3.1 Customer Responsibility. Logos, artwork and text reproduced on custom Products are supplied by our customers, who represent that they hold the rights necessary to authorize such reproduction, as set forth in our Terms of Service.

3.2 Notice of Infringement. If you believe that any content on the Site or any Product we have produced infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, please send a written notice to thegiantteeut@gmail.com that includes: (a) your name and contact information; (b) a description of the work or mark you claim has been infringed; (c) a description of the content or Product at issue and where it appears; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law; and (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
