1. Order Processing Time

1.1 Made to Order. Every Product sold by The Giant Tee ("The Giant Tee," "we," "us," or "our") is built to order. Standard Products are ordinarily completed and delivered to the carrier within three (3) to five (5) business days following receipt of a paid order.

1.2 Custom Logo and Personalized Builds. Custom Logo Builds and any Product personalized with Customer-supplied text are ordinarily completed and delivered to the carrier within five (5) to seven (7) business days following the Customer's approval of the final digital proof. No processing period shall commence prior to such approval. Delays in the Customer's review or approval of the proof will extend the processing period accordingly.

1.3 Business Days. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are deemed received on the next business day.

1.4 Estimates Only. All processing times are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed. During periods of high order volume, or in the event of material shortages or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, processing may take longer. We will notify the Customer by email of any delay we expect to be significant.

2. Shipping Rates and Destinations

2.1 Shipping Rates. A shipping charge of $9.99 applies to each order shipped within the United States that contains one (1) Product. Orders containing two (2) or more Products, or with a merchandise subtotal of $198.00 or more, ship free of charge, unless otherwise stated at checkout. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed prior to the completion of purchase.

2.2 Domestic Shipping Only. The Giant Tee currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery to international addresses, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order submitted with a shipping address outside the United States.

2.3 Restricted Addresses. Customers wishing to ship to an APO, FPO or DPO address, a P.O. box, or a United States territory should contact us at thegiantteeut@gmail.com before placing an order to confirm availability.

3. Carriers, Tracking and Delivery

3.1 Carrier Selection. Orders are shipped by a carrier selected by The Giant Tee in its discretion. Upon shipment, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the carrier's tracking information.

3.2 Transit Times. Delivery times published by carriers are estimates only. The Giant Tee is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, labor disputes or any other event beyond our reasonable control, and such delays shall not entitle the Customer to a refund of the Product price or shipping charge.

3.3 Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon the carrier's confirmation of delivery to the shipping address provided. The Giant Tee is not responsible for packages reported lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as delivered, but will reasonably assist the Customer in filing a claim with the carrier.

3.4 Damaged Shipments. Products that arrive damaged are addressed under Section 5.1 of our Return & Refund Policy, which requires that damage be reported, with photographs, within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

4. Event Deadlines and Rush Requests

4.1 Contact Before Ordering. Customers who require delivery by a specific date, including for a tournament, outing, wedding or other event, must contact The Giant Tee at thegiantteeut@gmail.com before placing an order, stating the required delivery date and the quantity sought.

4.2 Confirmation Required. Rush and deadline requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A delivery date is guaranteed only if The Giant Tee confirms it in writing before the order is placed, and any such confirmation may be conditioned upon additional charges, expedited shipping or timely proof approval by the Customer. Absent written confirmation, no delivery date shall be binding upon The Giant Tee.

5. Shipping Addresses and General Provisions

5.1 Address Accuracy. The Customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Requests to change a shipping address must be received before the order has been delivered to the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

5.2 Undeliverable Packages. Packages returned to The Giant Tee as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the Customer refused or failed to collect the package, will be reshipped only upon the Customer's payment of a new shipping charge. If the Customer does not request reshipment within thirty (30) days of our notice, the order will be refunded less the original shipping charge and any applicable return shipping costs.

5.3 Modifications. The Giant Tee reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time by posting the revised policy on its website. The policy in effect on the date of your order shall govern that order.
